I have been a customer for nearly 7 years. Warren has ALWAYS been helpful and Truthful. He finds the best value for my circumstances. He is also honest when he doesn't carry something and will help find a retailer who does have what I need. He is TOP NOTCH

After I alerted PAS that the wrong cable had been mailed, the company immediately reached out and offered a replacement - and was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks to COVID, though, the cable then took another month to arrive - but this was the fault of the Post Office, NOT the seller.nnThis transaction ultimately showed the professionalism of PAS. If only all businesses worked so hard to make good. I will definitely do business with them again when the situation arises.

I contacted Warren White, Director to purchase a specific rack bag for my live performance needs. He did not have a bag in stock that met my needs. However, he did some research and found one that met my specs from a company that he did not normally do business with. I had it less than a week later and it was perfect. The communication was excellent with Warren through out the whole process. I will look to them in the future for any audio needs for my band.

I haven’t bought anything from this company and don’t think I will. All I wanted was a studio desk and asked if a new mixer I bought would fit on the desktop in between the 2 racks. I was just asking for a measurement. This process started about a month ago. I understand they are busy and would take awhile and I’ve been very patient. I never got a call back as I’ve called and talked to them. I felt like they really don’t care. All I’ve heard from them is excuses and no follow through. I will spend the money elsewhere. This is the first time I’ve ever had the run around from a company that sells pro audio equipment. I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews at all. I’ve been working with sound systems for 30 plus years so I think I have an idea what I want and where to go. Sadly I probably won’t be spending money here.
