Lies about deliveries. Twice now will never shop again. They have delivered out of town before they delivered across town? First it was morning then afternoon now its i just don't know? Dont do it. We've had to put our whole day on hold for a prepaid delivery. Now we cant talk to customer service either.
The furniture I bought from them started to break down a month after I bought it. Nobody cared enough about it to make any effort to help. They just want your money. Customer service is non existent.
Went in today and the store manager Julia was very nice and helpful also the guy can't remember his name was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this furniture store to anyone and the credit process was easy can do online or in- store. We got washer and dryer. The dryer was not working properly, they went from Franklin,KY to Springfield, TN to get another one. Delivered next day no problems, dryer works great!
Such friendly and professional people! Bought a swivel chair and it was a great experience overall!
