Excellent customer service! My wife wanted a particular piece that was part of a limited edition. Returned to store day after she pointed it out and was sold out. Started to get the same piece in a different color which was not on sale as the preferred item was. Staff offered to call another store to find exactly what we wanted. Found it in Cinncy and had shipped to my home. One can’t image how helpful that was because I don’t get around easily, had a shopping helper that day and would not have been easy to get to another store far away. Staff member even saved me the shipping cost as he reminded me my wife was enrolled as member or preferred shopper. They were knowledgeable about the products and made it a great shopping experience!!!
