Large facility with all the goodies! Very quite area so I don't think it gets very busy. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
Store was great and the team members that assisted me even better. The reason for 3 and not five was bc the pricing that change after half the sale was complete. For some reason the 166. And jingle, change to over $400 bucks. So basically I was buying two phones in 2hrs to having to return the half of the sale that was complete wasting the 2 hrs bc I walked out with nothing. And the employee got stuck trying to figure why the system was inconsistent with sales and returns.
Need to update your phone? I upgraded from a 5 plus year old Galaxy S4 to the 50% off Samsung Galaxy A71 5G was a breeze thanks to Marty! So worth changing from Verizon to T Mobile to save $300 on just the phone. T Mobile continues to improve their coverage so you can't go wrong. There was no wait mid morning. If I have any challenges I was told to come back. Stay safe and enjoy!
Very very rude person working here whoever manages this store needs to get a check on the employees that work there especially the male that has no knowledge about problems that occur with smart phones and then wouldn’t even sell a new one. Tuesday morning 3/30/21
