Our experience was going great until the manager got frustrated with a newly hired teenager. We were patient because we understood the difficulties of working a new job. We were the only customers in line at that time. The manager came up to the register, and offered his rude assistance. He totally embarrassed the new hire. At the end of our transaction, I politely told the manager that the teenager's actions are a direct reflection of the training she received!

When arriving at Auntie Anne’s only four people were allowed in the store at a time but yet there were three people working behind the counter and one of them could not stand at the door to let people know that only four people were allowed so instead of them being nice they were rude upon entering the store saying that you need to step outside and the group of people that were in there after two of them had unpaid and received their pretzels they did not leave the store as soon as you order and receive your food you need to be able to leave the store so that more customers can walk in because y’all have lost the business of about 10 people that were standing in lineBehind me that decided to walk away because of how rude and how unstable the business was

Walked in on my break (I work at the Simpsonville mall) and saw that the only staff member working was in the back asleep. Tried calling to him and he didint wake up so I left and then made this review.

Auntie Anne's has the best pretzels ever. I prefer the cinnamon sugar pretzels. They are dipped in butter and then shaken in a bin of cinnamon sugar. Gooood eating!

They have the best pretzels and it's a good place to grab a snack while shopping. I recommend their cheese dipping sauce. It's very good
