We walked in, walked to the appliances as we were looking for a refrigerator. We were greeted by a salesman but declined help as we were just looking attempting to find one within the price range but still offer what we wanted. Later in the visit we were greeted by an additional sales team member who was very eager to help and very accommodating and just very easy to talk to. I’ve been to big sandy multiples times and feel “pressured” often times the feel of neglect as well.nI have to say the big sandy in South Point was very impressive today. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will shop again.nnNow, earlier this week I went to the big sandy outlet in Ashland and service was TERRIBLE! Multiple sale members and unable to get a one to help but they all were on their phones and just chatting with one another avoiding me at all cost. I understand it’s the same company but I’ll no longer waste my time with the outlet. I was very disappointed.

The salesperson directed me straight to the living room suite I needed to fit the requirements I had given her. I was informed of the products attributes, warranty and various methods of delivery.
