I’ve been going to Erica to get my lashes done for well over 2 yrs now, and I would NEVER go anywhere else. Their is no comparison when it comes to her service, and technique. Not to mention she has sooo many lengths of lashes to choose from (other places do not) and she will always go the extra mile to make sure your lashes are as full as possible or look exactly like you want them too! I wouldn’t waste your time on cheap or over priced lashes because I promise if you start with Eureka Lash and Beauty you will never go anywhere else!

I have been coming here for over a year and refuse to go anywhere else!! She is amazing, clean, professional and overall just no complaints. I encourage everyone if you’re looking for someone to come here !

I've been getting my lashes done regularly with Erica for almost two years and she consistently does excellent work. I've never had a complaint. The results are better than other places and so are the prices. Erica is professional and fun to talk to, she takes great care of her clients, answers all questions, and always delivers! I can't say enough good things about her and her services.

It took a long time to decide if I wanted to review. Mostly because I am always in full support of my people in business. But there are things that we can all do better.nWhile her skill in lashes is a clean five for me, the service was not by the end of things.nSomehow, one of my appointments I booked for the year was cancelled. I could have absolutely mistyped or chosen the wrong date so this, is on me. But, she was booked by the time I realized and I needed my lashes done before my trip. So I went to another place. The day before my next appointment, I started receiving notifications that my appointment was cancelled, then the next. One by one every appointment I booked for the year was being cancelled. I text right away and asked if she was cancelling them. She immediately called me. Her response was that yes, because I went to someone else and she did not know what they did I would need to book as a new client so that she could take a look, fix anything not up to her standard and so on. This would cost me the same as a full set. Not completely happy with that but okay, I get it. Business is business. My issue, I booked her for the year. Cancelling the next appointment and rescheduling it AFTER calling me first would have been appropriate. After that appointment I would no longer be “new” so there was no need to cancel them all. Worse, immediately after our conversation while I entertained for a moment, rebooking, two of my already scheduled appointments for months, was already taken. The current person I still see is amazing, so I have never gone back.nnWhile I feel her work is good and she too good people, as a customer I was mishandled. You don’t cancel loyalty. I would have never gone anywhere else. But not calling me and at least discussing your plans and then just dropping me off like I didn’t matter made me feel like my dollar wasn’t valued. It only takes one for me. And I gave her two.
