I have been going to this location for some time now and the guy there are always so helpful and kind. There's a much closer location to my house but this is worth the further drive just for the service ( I have had bad experiences at these places, so I write this to help anyone else making a decision on where to go). I was stressing about having to get my kids phone lines but Adam was so helpful in making sure I had a plan and new phones to fit my budget. Great way to start a weekend if you ask me. Got my son a new phone here the other day and the employee's name was Adam and he such a sweetheart, most kind and genuine Metro employee I've ever dealt with by far. He was very helpful and had multiple customers in the store by himself and was still able to keep everyone happy and laughing the entire time. I usually don't take the time to write a review on a specific employee, but he was 10/10!
We got in and out in record time. Adam waited on us, and solved our problem within seconds, and explained things clearly. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Loved our experience.
AMAZING customer service. I've never left mad. I was in there two days ago and I was being difficult and took a lot of his time and he still had a smile on his face and treated me with nothing but kindness!
Favorite metro store by far! I just recently purchased new phones for my 2 sons and they love them! The employees are always so friendly and helpful every time I walk in. Kindness goes a long way!!
