Gorgeous furniture, accessories, and appliances. Very helpful and friendly staff. They were willing to look through several order books to find what I was envisioning for my dining room. Owner was present and you can tell that he’s very customer centric.
Tracy’s has the most competitive pricing and best service in the area. I wanted a specific swivel glider from Best Home Furnishings so I called all of the vendors listed on their website. I was able to get the piece for $300 less at Tracy’s than a large store in Louisville.nnThe service is above reproach. My chair was delivered 6 days after I ordered it - with custom upholstery! It would have taken 6 weeks at the larger store in Louisville.nnOnce it was delivered, I felt like the swivel was making a creaking noise. The Owner, Mike, called and offered to come out the same day to look at it. He fixed the squeaking and could not have been more helpful.nnI’m so glad I took the time to compare prices and found this store. Absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from Louisville and I will definitely shop there again.
Tracy’s is a top notch company. Delivery went smooth and they arrived on time. They took care with moving our new washer and dryer in and the old out. Highly recommend.
If anyone knows my husband Tommy you would know he hates to spend money on home Furnishings but when we bought new mattesses at Tracys he was quite happy with the price and qualty. Thank you Mike Tracy
I love Tracy's and all their staff. I have been working with Eileen on picking out a new table and chairs for my dining room. Eileen was very helpful and very patient.
