The representatives are rude. They quoted me prices for the amount that I had to pay up front and my monthly amount, then emailed me a contract that had a higher amount down and higher monthly payment. In addition they sent me an email confirmation with an install date a month sooner than my scheduled install. Then I received a call to schedule an install. Is anyone here competent? I spoke to a representative and a team lead, neither was able to get my request right. When I ask the team lead to talk to a manager he said he is the manager because he manages his team. When I ask to speak to his manager he said that his manager doesn't take phone calls. My issue is still not resolved. If I could rate them with a ZERO rating, that's what they would get!!
Stay away got this alarm installed next day I was charge $348.76 for two months if I would have know that I would have just purchased my own system an installed it stay away they don’t disclose the charge during the install or on the agreement
Called ADT about getting a security system, conversation was going good although I felt like I had to interrupt at times to ask a question... at the end when I said I would like to discuss everything with my wife she got really pushy about getting a deposit from me and wouldn't listen to me when I said I wanted to talk to my wife then proceeded to lie to me. I will not do business with a company that lets their employees lie to customers.
The service installer was excellent and had gave us very helpful instructions. You can easily see he has a great deal of experience. We were not aware that motion would not be enough to cover our entire home.. Excellent.
I worked with an employee named Jeremy who was very patient and willing to talk me step by step with setting up my security system considering I have never used one or worked with ADT before. The pulse app is very useful and I am great full to have this system in my new home!
