After 3.5hrs of dropped calls, misinformation and poor customer service trying to switch from sprint to T-Mobile I finally went to a physical store. Both sprint and T-Mobile customer service representatives told me that there was no point going to a store as they couldn’t help me. They were so wrong! ADRIAN WAS MY HERO! I came in bitter, aggressive and upset after the way I had been treated over the phone and Adrian took it with stride. He completely understood my anger and frustrations and assured me that we would get everything taken care of. And he did.nnIf I were to leave a review of everything that happened that day and all that Adrian was able to do for my phone, family and service the review would be pages long.nnThank you, Adrian! You are amazing and great at what you do- I hope you get your own store soon, because you truly deserve it!

I went to the store to discuss my options for upgrading . There was only one person working the store and seemed to be bothered by having any customers . When I told him what phone I wanted he said they didn’t have any in stock and could barely talk straight when I asked him questions about my plan. He just kept saying he was having a day.. I finally told him nevermind and would visit another store and he became very rude . Wouldn’t recommend this location .

My family and I recently visited this store to upgrade my samsung phone and add an apple watch to our account. Adrian helped us get this done and we were very happy with our experience. Customer service was fantastic, Adrian even helped my husband and me keep my 3 and 5 year olds distracted and happy while we waited. I highly recommend this location ud83dude42

Manager was really nice, answered all my questions intelligently. Fixed some issues I was having with my phone and I would recommend this location to friends in the future.
