I came in to get a new SIM card, which I needed because I was upgrading phones. Rick, the manager, was behind the counter and greeted us as we walked in. While he was able to get me a new SIM card relatively quickly, he was pretty consistently rude and grumpy throughout the process. He was initially doubtful that the phone would be compatible, since I purchased it from a third party. As we walked through the process of disabling Find My iPhone and installing the new SIM card, he never thanked me for doing things or giving him information that he requested. For the whole 10-ish minutes that I spent in the store, I felt like I was inconveniencing him. I expected better given that he is the manager, maybe he was having an off day.
Worst tmobile store. Very disrespectful place. Bad customer service. I will never go back to that store.
Literally tried to scam me out of money and when I caught them in the act, ejected me from the store. Reported to BBB and State Attorney General. When I looked into this location farther I found more people who had severe problems. Went through Sprint’s resolution process and I was told that an “action plan” was in place so that this doesn’t happen again—sure..some comfort.
