While it took awhile to get my processor, the process was all straight forward and they're very up front about what you're getting into. Probably would not have been able to get a 5950x anywhere else for awhile. They also have some very hard to get items like kingpin 3090s and other higher end limited edition stock that isn't possible to get elsewhere.

First off I’m a local buyer, from the physical store. I would put this rating between 4 and 5 stars. The worst part for me was juggling multiple communications methods, but we eventually figured it out and landed on something that worked. After this, OG went out of his way to help me and some of my good friends. I appreciate that very much, and it is nice to see a small hobbyist store that cares about the little guy and is involved in the gaming community.

I placed an order for a 3060Ti on 1/11. When I initially inquired about this card via Facebook messenger I was told it would take around 3 weeks. It is now 3/11 and I'm still waiting with no estimate on a ship date. I realize that the supply is crazy at the moment and I'm pretty confident that my card will eventually ship, but I kind of feel like I got the old bait and switch on the shipping dates. My review would be higher if they were more transparent on the actual ship dates. Hopefully it ships soon, it's the last component I need...

these guys are seriously awesome. allowing a queue system let alone is 5 stars and the fact in scarce times like this and still at msrp is incredible. they just added a ton of new staff the customer service is amazing

Despite my 3080 not arriving since november ud83eudd72 I fully understand why it isn’t here yet , the reason why i gave this a 5 star is because I seen the owner (og) have great feedback with their customers. He gives updates almost every week about products and how their improving, which 80% of companies don’t do. I feel like this company is great and advice you to check out or buy their products.
