I’ve been going here for over a year. They LISTEN and nothing feels rushed. They assist you in figuring out what’s the most cost efficient way to achieve your goals and never give the feeling of being pushy. Being a member is a HUGE benefit. And lastly, not one single employee looks unnatural. That immediately was such a positive thing to me personally. I felt more comfortable knowing they would advise me when too much was too much.
FFA is amazing! The staff are so good at what they do - they are all knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and genuinely nice. The office is always clean and welcoming and I have never felt pressured into any procedure. Not to mention they have the best prices!! Highly recommended!!
Nicole the nurse practitioner and Kris her assistant were very professional and informative. The place was decorated beautifully and was immaculate. Nicole provided me with a comprehensive consultation which I really appreciated because I had a lot of questions and she never made me feel rushed or like she was in a hurry. She was also very skilled at administering dysport.
I had my first botox done at face forward & couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff were so beyond friendly & informative. My face looks amazing I’m so happy! Highly recommend!!
