Bought piano in Dec on a piano not in stock, was told availability in a couple weeks. 1 month passes, online inquiries were never responded to. Called store and they could not give an update. Called corporate x 1 with no information and they said they would email me. I got no contact. 6 days later I called corporate again and they stated they could not get me a date the piano would be available to ship. I asked to escalate to a manager and was told they could not do that and I could have one call me in a few days....seriously. I then asked to cancel my order with a cancellation number and they stated I would have to wait for an email with that information and they couldn't give it right away. Literally can get it in 2 days on Amazon, tried to get from a local shop, but alas, Amazon is more reliable I guess. I will never deal with this store/company ever again.

Teenager received excellent customer service. Woodwind ligature questions answered, options available included standard replacement or a flexible ligature. No hard sale. Also, lots of reeds and brands.

Not a good experience with a repair. Had my sax for three weeks and never fixed it. Claimed they called but never left a message to return call.. then they leave us a message that it's ready to be picked up and my wife arrived this morning to pick it up and it had never been repaired. Horrible customer service at its finest

Loved the store and I hate that there is always someone complaining and whining about something and anything. I think if someone is going to pay for something and your payment is declined then it should be taken care of that day, seriously use a partial brain cell.nOf course it seems that only the negative people will write a review and the people that love the store won't rate it.nHope my positive experience will help.
