Just wanted to say how helpful an employee by the name of Gee was at this store. I stopped in because I was having issues with my Android Auto's recognition of my phone. He went above and beyond trying to remedy the situation by spending the time trying different settings to see what worked. He was patient and conscientious. He also spent time answering questions about the Galaxy S21 & checking for promotions that would benefit me as a veteran and first responder. Thanks again, Gee! T-Mobile is fortunate to have a patient & knowledgeable employee such as yourself. I've been a longtime customer of T-Mobile and with service like that, my family and I will remain T-Mobile customers. BTW ....on my way out the door, I had decided it was time to upgrade to the S21 Ultra. -Ron

Christian was awesome! My Apple Watch was not connecting to cellular. He spent over 2 hours with me and was able to fix my problem. A lot of people would’ve given up but he didn’t. He even stayed after 8 to make sure it was working.

I was in and out of the store with a new iPhone, switched from Verizon to sprint, and had just an overall great experience thanks to Adrian! He was so great and so helpful. This will definitely be my “home” sprint store from now on!

Guy with the broken wrist and gauges white kid don’t have no idea what he’s talking about said we were not able to turn in our phones at any location and we had to call customer care and send them in that way.he was trying to rush with helping us and just felt he was being rude. I called customer care and they informed me that they do accept turn ins at any locations and I would need to turn them in that way.
