Terrible & rude customer service. Uneducated staff. I was really hoping they would be a good choice for installing a touchscreen but it seems I'll have to keep looking. I went in there with a few other people. I waited in line until it was my turn. Once it was my turn the kid who didn't really seem to know anything kept going in the back to ask someone else, which was fine. The guy in the back then came out asked what I needed and then asked the guy in line behind me what he needed. He continued helping him for at least 5 minutes until I walked out. Customer must: focus on the customer you are currently assisting no matter what! Especially don't ignore them for someone else. Missed out on a good bit of work from this customer!
To say these guys know their stuff is an understatement. The amount of knowledge in this father/son team is astounding. They are both very down to earth guys that wanna make your vehicle into whatever you want it to be. I have mainly worked with little Wes and he has always been honest and upfront on what should be used and what he thinks would be best for the things that need done. He doesn't just try to push you into buying things, he will legit get you pointed in the direction you need to be in. Clean application and hidden wires have never looked so easy. These guys are pros! I will continue to use them for all my car audio needs. I suggest you give them a try.
They gave me a list of speakers to install, but it didn’t sound better than factory speakers. Somehow they didn’t take this into account when I first talked to them. It’s on the lower side cost wise for labor, but it’s not the best place in town. Premier audio was quite a bit better both from a service and being organized perspective.

The wife is in love with what these guys did to her 2010 Subaru Forester. 4 new speakers, dynomat in the doors and a touchscreen, all installed without any issues! Priceing was super fair! If I'm ever in the market for this type of work again, I'll be using these guys!!!
