I went to this location to pay my phone bill. As I was waiting for my turn to be serviced on of the employees decided that he needed to know why I was in the store while servicing another customer. I stated that I had business to handle, and that did not need to be a discussion for everyone in the store to hear. So I’ll wait my turn once he was finished servicing the customer he was with he told me that he couldn’t wait on me cause he had no iPad. But you just finished with the last customer but ok. So he went to the back came back out and the manager called him over and told him to check my ID before they service me. So when he called me up to wait on me that’s when was asked for and ID before they would service me. They didn’t not ask for ID from the white customers that were in the store before they waited on them. So I told him that I was not providing my ID to pay my bill then the manager comes over to say that they can’t help me with out my ID and that’s it’s company policy. I was with T mobile for almost 10 years and never had an in counter like this so why today do I need to show my ID no explanation given. So I called customer service to make my complaint on this location the customer service rep stated that she would escalate this and give me a call back within 2 days she called back and asked me who I was and if my name was Helen I said no she said she was calling for a follow up for a complaint. I said I’m the customer who has the issue but my name is not Helen, she said I’ll call you back after I speak with Helen but she called my phone number looking for another customer with my phone number, this is why I left them for about 2 years due to horrible phone customer service now regretting that I have come back. Do want to shoutout racialism but what should I call it??

WISH I could give ZERO STARS!!! Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the Stringtown road location! In the Walmart shopping center!

I. Had 5 lines with them and i decided to move to other company. They didnt wanted to gime my phone number they canceled i had to get new number. After that i pay. All my phone leasing and pay everithing. On july.2019. i was clean .now on 2020 they sended me that i have to pay more money.they didnt clean it.they are still..sending me bills.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars!! Our family switched to sprint 2 years ago. They LIE - that’s it. Pure liers. Every manager/employee at this store lie. Maybe that’s the name of the game. But just warning you before you switch carriers. We went from $130 a month to $330 in two years, it basically climbed monthly. We simply had 4 lines that’s it! Nothing fancy. I could go on and on, but I honestly just felt I needed to warn others!! Don’t be fooled. About 6 months ago I even pulled up these reviews to show the manager that not the only one he’s lied to.
