My name is Margaret Williams and I have been with them for a couple years now and I love this place especially Hope , Berry, Ben very polite and helpful staff at the Eakin road location
This place is ok but really is outrageous what you pay for something
Nice enough place if you don't mind paying at least double the price of regular retail..i rented a couple things from them for 2 months on a short agreement cause i was only needing it for that time. It was a perfect fit for my needs but if i needed furniture permanently i would get it from some other means such as letgo and offer up because they have a free furniture section or if you can afford some cash and don't want to spend the amount Aaron's charges then i would go that route.
Rented PS4 and 55 inch T. V.. Paid on it for 1 year, COVID HITS, I MISSED 1 PAYMENT AND LOST BOTH, I tried to keep just the PS4 because it was my daughters bday present last year, and they said I had to come up with another $600.00..nnThen blamed me for them taking my updated phone number correctly!!nnSo Im Out $1106.00, a T. V AND a P. S. 4
I have rented and bought several thing's from Aaron's, if there's a problem they work it out in a timely manner, excellent customer service. I go to the one on Eakin road. I moved far East and I still go out West to deal with that particular store. Been doing business with them for at least 8 year's
