Amazing customer service last night. Me and my husband went to metro on Eakin rd to add our two sons to our phone plan and the gentleman working was seriously so nice and did everything he could to make sure we got everything we needed at an amazing price!
I wish I could remember the name of the employee that helped me the last few days because she was AMAZING and helpful. Had a little issue with my Prime membership which is included with my phone plan and this employee went above and beyond to help me figure out how to solve the problem. They have excellent employees here. This is the only Metro Store I will deal with. They really do care about their customers here. I've worked with many of their employees and every one of them were wonderful. If your dealing with Metro come to this store!
This was the absolute best phone carrier store I've been to. Marlene not only has fantastic customer service but she put our phone cases and screen protectors on and made sure we got discounted prices on phones and accessories that we got. I'm so glad we came to this location and I will never go anywhere else. So in other words thank you marlene!!!!!
I love this place they are kind and supper friendly people. They always have what you need and want.
