Great customer service! Very helpful with everything even when my girlfriend had a bulky return they came out to the car and carried it in for her. Brent was very nice and helped us with everything we needed.

All the workers are so kind. Never had a bad experience. They get you checked out really fast too

Nice product but like most placesntoday, not enough help. The girl behind the jewelry counter revealed more then needed every time she would bend over and never once ask to help us but instead sat down on the floor and played with her phonenNormally we have good to better experiences but this lines were too long with only one lane open and no help from anyone.

Wife says she is very happy with her experiences in this store. I was happy that they are an Amazon return location. Made an Xmas return easy and painless.

Price rang up incorrect. We were told to go back to check the price since they do not have enough staff. We asked if they were serious and they said yes. We left instead of doing Kohl's job correctly.
