I went to the Georgetown store to purchase living room furniture and a dining set. No one even acknowledged I was there. One man was writing up an order and a girl on her phone texting the whole time. In was there for 25 minutes. I could understand if someone said we will be with you in a minute but nothing. Lost my business.
Went to check out the Labor Day sales. I had my heart set on a coffee table I saw, but was completely turned off by a sales lady approaching to talk to us without a mask. She got very close to us even as we backed away. Looked around to see if another salesperson was wearing a mask (most of the customers were), but saw only one other, finishing a deal and wearing his mask under his chin.nnI wonder if they work on commissions, as I had my wallet in hand and was ready to buy. I left disappointed, but oh well. I won’t go back. Plenty of furniture stores out there.
i was lied to and told 4-6 weeks for my sectional to come in but usually it takes 2 weeks. not true. we find out this place is just a middleman so we could’ve went straight to Ashley home furniture and got it sooner. waited until the 7th week and got a call at 4pm to come pick it up. we got there within a reasonable time and we’re told the warehouse is closed and everyone left for the day so they can’t get it. apparently you have a very limited window to pick up that’s 10-5pm. walked in and everyone was sitting around not doing anything to help. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. You are better off buying at Ashley, Big Lots, or literally anything has better customer service.
This place is a joke waited 3 months and still no furniture and tje Manger at thos store is very rude loos my business
