Came into Verizon wireless in Georgetown the sales rep was very helpful going over all option and help us get a new phone help set the new phone up and moved all my information over and also went over some features of the phone good customers service
So after AT&T couldn't seem to be truthful with how much I was being charged to add an extra line for my mom and the fact that these supposed special that I was going for was canceled after I had already paid for the service and the phone is bull. The customer service rep that I spoke to in person apparently said that the online cell had ended even though I had already started the process before but didn't finish because they couldn't seem to Port my number so now it's too late and since it was too late they had to charge me a completely different price would cost me about a hundred and fifty bucks more. I said well if this is the way you are going to treat someone that has been with you for three years and paid on time then I am canceling everything that's exactly what I did and that's the same day I went to Verizon and I was able to have my phone unlocked since it was paid for a new phone for my mom her phone number ported my phone number ported all within a few hours at Best and I was out the door done. The customer service rep was excellent he was very kind and hilarious I have nothing negative to say and I look forward to many years with Verizon thank you for making the transition easy an hassle free.
Had a broken screen on phone, and with the helpful serves at Verizon I was able to get a new phone with no issues.
Had problems with storage of phone Verizon sales representative did good job moving information over to the SD card, felt comfortable at the store with the distance between me and sales representative also like the plastic shield that was between desk chairs.
My experience was great and the staff were very helpful. The process was as quick as possible and my questions were answered. The staff were knowledgeable and worked to help me find my best options. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
