Prices are still just a little bit high but all in all it was okay
Apparently, they only stock shoes for people with fat feet. Every pair I liked with my size in stock was a wide. I even broke down and tried a pair on thinking it was a fluke. Nope! It's like baggy pants on toes! I guess I'll be ordering online.
Quick and Easy to work with. Simple exchange policy, deals all the time.
Had to return 4 large boxes and the staff was more than accommodating with a cart on the return!
Found just what I needed today and it was on sale. I forgot to give the cashier my coupon so I went to customer service for an adjustment. Jody waited on me and was so pleasant and helpful. A great asset to Kohl's.
