Horrible experience,horrible staff.nI bought a new phone from them and a screen protector. The screen protector didn't fit and instead of giving me my money back put the same protector back on and tried to tell me they did me a favor by fixing what they messed up. Now the new protector is causing problems...you know the thing protector protect against? And so I called up wanting to bring it in and get my money back and the young lady that works there hung up on me!!!! You heard me, she hung up on a customer who had an issue and was trying to get it solved after they were wrong twice. I did not use bad words I simply stood my ground when she kept telling me I was pretty much sol. Stay away from this store, very rude staff who really does not care about your hard earned money.
Absolutely recommend this store and Heather was amazing! She helped me find the right phone for me!!
I have deal with this store for years.Alexa she is great and know what she doing with I ask questions about my cell and she always knows what I am talking about with my cell. She treat me and other with respect.They have great prices and rates never goose up or down. Thanks Happy New year.(2020)
