We came in for an upgrade on my fiance's phone. Blake Hughes waited on us. He was very knowledgeable. Patient. Answered all our questions. Wasn't pushy. Made sure we got what Ray was looking for. Great customer Service.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get new phones and join a Verizon plan. To get certain discounts we had to buy the phones online, so we left to go and purchase everything online. Having difficulties with setting things up online, we headed back to the store. There were 3 associates there, Bruce, Blake, and Alexis. They were nothing short of amazing and helpful. Not only did they stay past closing to accommodate us on a Saturday night, they were extremely personable and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about everything. I will not hesitate to return to this store to work with any of the 3 employees mentioned, even though there is a store within walking distance of where I live.
