We recently purchased a new wall oven-convection microwave combo and separate cooktop. Blackburn made the purchase process easy (conducted entirely by phone and email due to pandemic). But the the best part of all was the neat, careful-attention-to-detail installation with both gentlemen showing polite and pleasant professionalism with a can-do attitude. The best installation experience for an appliance we've ever had.
When I was shopping for anwasher and dryer Debra was very knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in and what would fit my needs.
