Metropolitan Vein and Aesthetics Center

This review is very late but I still felt my story needed to be heard. I was recommended to this office by my dermatologist in regards to try MiraDry being that I exhausted all other options. When I called to set an appointment I was excited to hear they had a current promotion going on for $300 off and jumped right on it. I did my consultation the Monday and was all set to the the procedure the Tuesday so far so good. Okay, now it is the day for the procedure and I arrive to my appointment only 5 mins prior so I anticipated a wait. However, a hour past and no one said anything to me, so I approached the receptionist desk to inquire “she is wrapping up right now she said” still a little upset I sat back down. Another half and hour past and she still did not have a satisfying response finally my name was called and once I got to the room NOTHING WAS READY FOR ME. I heard a lot of back and forth as far as the dosages for my anesthesia my boyfriend and I starring at each other, to top it off I do not speak spanish and periodically they would speak spanish to each other. It got to a point I did not want to do the procedure anymore after spending another hour and a half waiting. I asked for a refund and was told i could only get back a great portion but not all. I asked to speak to the office manager and after doing so and sharing my story she called me back later explained she will refund all that was paid. I am a professional myself and I would not recommended anyone to this office.

Very educational, helpful and hopeful. The entire staff was friendly and efficient! Although this was my first visit, I’m excited about the months to come!

This place was recommended from a friend who did Cool Sculpting. I went for consultation, was told SureSculpt was best for me... similar to CoolSculpt. I didn't see any results after 3 month's. Concerned and dissatisfied , I called the office and was offered one and last more session ,compliments of them. Second time was very painful. Three more months later, still no results! Waste of money and time. Lesson learned, Sure Sculpting not for me.

Let me start off by saying that my first experience with Metropolitan Vein was doing the Cool Sculpt for my stomach. I was hoping for better results but was overall happy I did it. I decided to try the Restylane fillers for under my eyes. I had fillers done a year prior but from a different doctor at another practice and loved the results. I had very minimal bruising and swelling and did it within two appointments. The results looked very natural. I should have stuck with him! Instead I trusted and went to Metropolitan Vein for fillers and had a horrible experience. First off there were three different people injecting my face. They filled under my eyes and my laugh lines. I was surprised to find out they only do fillings within one appointment. They filled me to the max. The next day my face was so swollen and distorted I looked deformed! It was right before a holiday so I had to wait before I can call or visit the office. I had to put cold compress and arnica to help with the bruising. Most of the swelling went down the next day however you can clearly see the shape of my face has changed. When I finally went for a follow up the staff offered to have the filler removed so they can start again. I did not want any of the staff to ever touch my face again. I was so embarrassed to walk around. I felt as though it gave me a chipmunk look.

I've been a heart patient of Dr. Goldman's for over 15 years. You will not find a better Cardiologist and Human Being who actually puts your health well ahead of money. He is a Class Act.
