One of the best stores in town!
Very fast and friendly.
We have a rental condo at Lake Cumberland, and when our guests called to tell us the dishwasher stopped working, I called Lakewood and they had a repairman out there in no time. Ended up getting a new dishwasher because the time involved and cost of the part was almost as much as a new one. They delivered and installed the new dishwasher that same day, and credited the cost of the repair visit. Happy Guests! Happy Me!
The bad reviews must be fake, because I have never had such a great experience. We just moved into town, no appliances in the house. Matt helped us get the basics delivered to our house on a Saturday after hours so we didn't have to go without a way to do laundry or a fridge for days. Glad we shopped local, couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you!
My washer broke; they came out to try to fix it within 2 hours. It couldn't be fixed, so they met my criteria and my husband's (he's a trucker) and delivered my perfect washer within an hour! I couldn't believe it. Talk about customer service! I didn't even have to leave my house. And they like dogs. I'll never buy anywhere else. Thank you, Lakewoods!
