Ricky Sanchez's Colonic Hydrotherapy experience:nnFor those who may be thinking about doing a colonic hydrotherapy treatment for a digestive colonic cleanse, I share my experience with Jennifer Grant, who treated me. To keep it real, at 50 years old, my Doctor's order was to get a colonoscopy exam. I felt this was the right time to try something new and different to help detoxify the digestive system and clean it out before the exam. I was nervous and it was a little scary not knowing what to expect. What was it going to be like or feel like and was it going to hurt? After all the research I did, I choose Jennifer Grant (who took my colonic virginity) to do this treatment and be all up in a place being flush with gallons of warm water in an area that has never been invaded in 50 years.nnSo here is how it all went down. Upon my arrival to the clinic, and having been sluggish with abnormal bloating and/or excess gas and being a little nervous, I was welcomed by Jennifer Grant. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain the entire process in detail without rushing and answering all my questions. The place is extremely clean with a great aroma smell of lavender. I filled out some paper work then changed into one of those hospital gowns and proceeded into the room where one lays on their side in the fetal position and then a tube is inserted into the rectum that is attached to special equipment through which large amounts of water flows into the colon. (yup, I am scared now) but she knew exactly what she was doing while she talked me throughout the entire process to make sure I was at ease and comfortable.nnYou are then directed to roll back on your back with your feet flat on the table and the knees bent, and then water is pumped into your intestine. Jennifer asked me to let her know when I felt pressure or discomfort of the water being filled in the digestive system. Once I felt this pressure, she would release the water and I can feel my stomach deflate and thinking is this tube going to shoot out of my ass? Because if it does there will be a mess to be clean up. A number of times it felt that I was going to do #2 and accidentally go to the bathroom while laying on the table. But you can see all the elimination flowing out of your system through a clear tube. She helps with the elimination process by massaging your stomach.nnAfter about 45 minutes with no smell, mess or accident she directed me to the bathroom for any water or remains to be discharge from inside the system. I left the session feeling light on my feet, with an abundant amount of energy from just this one session I had. Since then I have been feeling great. I haven't had any major cravings for sweets and have been eating in moderation without feeling hungry and over eating.nAfter this experience I realized and ask myself why didn't I do this a long time ago? If anyone is going to get this procedure done for the first time, I highly recommend Jennifer Grant. Jennifer was very professional, is well educated, knowledgeable and trained on using the equipment and helping to make sure you stay calm from the moment you walk in to the end of the treatment. I also want to point out that the tube used in the rear end is all new and is not use over and over, keeping everything sterile and hygienically safe and clean.nnSo anyone who has any concerns or embarrassment like I had about trying this for the first time and bending over and showing your ass for Jennifer Grant, I can tell you it is no longer an issue.

I feel so lucky to have found Jennifer Grant! I was looking for a colon hydrotherapist in Rockland County, while visiting from out of state, to continue on my journey of healing from an illness. This was such a great place to go for a colonic. They had everything I was looking for, as it was very clean and professional. Jennifer, was very warm and she really cared and knew what she was doing. She seemed interested in my overall health and even had some suggestions which were very helpful. I have been to other colonic therapists and now would never go anywhere else!

Jen is very professional and attentive.She takes such good care of me from the moment I walk in the door. She is extremely thorough and careful. She followed up with me the next day to check in on how I was feeling and I felt so much better after months of feeling bloated and clogged. I'll be seeing Jen every month to be treated.
