Furniture was not wrapped or protected. They moved a dresser up a flight of stairs without taking the mirror of. Nightstand was broken. Glass shelf broken. Lots of scratches on my brand new floors and marks on my walls. And they still have my garage door opener. Won’t return it after multiple weeks of asking. I gave them 2 stars only because 3 of the guys worked hard and for the most part were hustling.
They were very professional and go above and beyond to make sure your moving experience is a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend them.
I used this moving company the movers were funny and hard workers, they’re reasonably priced and are very fast. If I ever need this service again I will most definitely call them. They’re so sweet and will work around your schedule. This is the best moving company in New York State!
J Medley movers showed up on time, were super speedy, polite, careful, efficient, beat all other estimates and stuck to their two-man hourly price. They unloaded a second story two bedroom apartment in an assisted living facility and trucked it all the way to Cicero in record time. Thrilled with their energetic service, my ability to pay on my phone with a credit card, and their respect.
Jerome and his team were exceptional. I have never seen movers move that fast. Professional and quick. I own a large chiropractic business in Syracuse and they helped move heavy tables. Very happy. Thanks Jerome !
