Wonderful service. The move was difficult and detailed. My 79 year old mother moved from Syracuse New York to Barefoot Bay Florida to live with us. There were many antiques that Reliable Movers packaged to perfection. They had my mother's home loaded and delivered to us in a matter of four days. The owners Mike and Jennifer personally came and unloaded the entire truck with their crew of 3 strong professional men. The price was very competitive and I love how honest and open the owners are. Jennifer pulls no punches. She is extremely detailed and covers all aspects of my 40 plus questions. She was even on the back of the tractor trailer unloading,folding pads, taking pictures,and checking for any damages or issues. I'd give 10 stars if possible!

I had to cancel my move with Reliable Movers because of circumstances having nothing to do with them. However, Jen was very helpful when we initially spoke and patiently answered my questions. I was able to easily book and felt good about my choice to book my office move with this company. Cancelling the move was a non-issue since it was within the required timeframe. I definitely recommend these people. Plus their website answered a lot of questions before I even knew to ask them. Impressive company.

My move from Syracuse NY to The Villages Florida went flawlessly today.The movers that packed and loaded me have my highest respect. They were polite, friendly, and took very good care in packing my items. The owners met me on time at The Villages with another nice group of men who unloaded me today bright and early. The price was very competitive. All of my numerous questions and calls were answered and were very courteous. I am more impressed on how the owners wife was even on the truck helping unload,organize, and work right along her husband and crew. This is a well oiled machine operation and I am grateful for using them. I am still unpacking but have seen or noted any damage.

The owners came in weeks ahead of our initial moving date and gave us a pretty detailed estimate. When our closing date changed, Jen was very accommodating with the change. I emailed her a few times with questions and concerns. She was always polite, professional and most importantly never acted like I was a bother. The guys showed up this morning 10 minutes early (not a complaint) and worked hard for the entire two hours they were there. They were all professional, friendly, considerate, and easy to talk to. All of the furniture arrived in the same condition it left in. I don't plan on moving ever again but if I did I would use Reliable Movers again.

These guys had a heavy load to move and they did it effortlessly! Very polite and organized. On time, called before arriving.... and my minter cabinet was upstairs in no time!
