Customer service here is E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T. The white woman with black hair (I'm sorry, there is no easier way to describe her and I don't recall her name) at customer service has worked here for as long as I've been coming... and she is great! She knows what she is doing and is quick and efficient. The other staff are lovely, too!
Big thank you to the lady I spoke to in customer service over the phone. I had called another Kohl's in Williamsville and received nothing for help really except to call other numbers. Paul, the manager, understood exactly what I needed help with and was more than willing to do so. Afterwards, upon checking out Alexis, the cashier, was extremely polite and reached out for assistance when I showed up in line and gave us a great experience. Great place to shop and amazing staff.
The prices are to steep in my opinion. Also they could have a better selection of things. I do better at Burlington.
I had to return some items I got online, they were very helpful & it was very easy. The store is always clean & the cashiers are friendly.
Love the fact you can return your Amazon purchases there so convenient apart from that not a big Kohl's shopper but my friends are and love it.
