Our experience was great! Eva and Curt were VERY AMAZING and SO HELPFUL! They made our 1st time experience amazing!! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress! Even with this pandemic in place we felt safe and comfortable!!

Eva Hatfield has been so wonderful to work with. I live out of town, and Eva was able to help me find the perfect mattress and base for my dad who lives in Somerset, over the phone. Thank you so much!!! If you are looking for a new bed I would highly recommend this store. Great customer service. Oh, I almost forgot, they were able to deliver the very next day! The delivery team removed all of the old bedding, assembled the new bed and base. They also explained how to operate the remote control. :) James the delivery person, even sent me a picture so I could see it. Yay Thanks again.
This experience was wonderful. The process began on the phone describing what we were looking for. Eva helped us find discounted bases and guided us through options. In store were were able to continue the process and find the perfect match. We were very impressed with all the COVID precautions and felt safe mattress shopping.
I highly recommend Sleep Outfitters in Somerset. Eva was fantastic. She took the time to find out my sleep habits to help pick out the right mattress for me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store followed COVID precautions. She wore a mask and we stayed socially distanced. She called and confirmed my order and reminded me of me delivery date. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks Eva!
