Nice garden center. I bought a plant that didn't look too healthy the manager marked it down because I was taking a chance. I babied it and it came out fine. Nice staff.

I ordered plantation shutters and paid upfront about 4 months ago. Took over 2 months to come in and they were wrong. Called and had reordered. Next week called and ask status. They couldn't tell me anything. Went into store and first person couldn't find on computer. So I ask for a manager. He found the order but couldn't understand what it said. Told me come back next day and talk to lady that done the order. Came back into store and the lady that placed the order said it would be in about a week or so.nFinally came in again and 2 were wrong and 1 was severely damaged. Reordered AGAIN!! Has been ANOTHER month and I called to check status. They couldn't find an order. Ask for the lady that placed order and was told be in first of September. Today 22 September, I went into store and no one could help me. I ask for the manager and the department manager came. He couldn't understand what was on computer. I ask for store manager and he came. Neither of them could tell me anything about my order. Could tell order was placed but had no idea what was ordered or when to expect it to come in. I am retired from retail customer service. I could look at any order and give customer all information.nWhat was ordered, when, where it was coming from, when it would arrive and give tracking number. The company I worked for had 45 locations and myself, my dept manager and store manager could look at ANY order and give customer information.nThey told me that the lady who done the order was on leave and they couldn't help me. I told them that since they have had my money for 4 months now, I need answers. They said they would call the lady at home and ask her how to understand the order on the computer.nTold me go home and they will call.nTOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!!!nMANAGER IS A JOKE. Dept manager AND store manager should be able to pull up and read an order.

I think its very positive that they recognize our veterans.. bc there are so many, including myself.. that take them and our freedom for granted.

Had a good day there. Had everything that I needed. It was busy but had no problems. I use Lowes a lot, glad they are in Somerset.

They gave fast friendly service answered all my questions plus saved me money.
