We had the best experience with Elegant Universal Stone. We were first greeted by Sarah and she was on top of all options and designs. We left feeling satisfied with our choices for our 30 year old kitchen. Henry came to our home and created the templates for our countertops. A short time later we had the installers who were on task and left our kitchen looking lik new. ( you could not tell that they had been there-my kitchen was left clean). All of our expectations were fulfilled. Friends and Family were amazing and happy for us❣️
It was a pleasure working with the folks at Elegant Universal Stone. Lucy and Henry were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The install team was top notch. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. Our finished counter top exceeded our expectations. I would certainly recommend Elegant for you home remodel.
First class customer service working with Elegant Universal Stone. Lucy was amazing and real quick to respond with any questions or concerns. It was very easy to go to their supplier and make a final choice (even if I had to go twice, because I couldn’t make up my mind). No stress environment and very professional. The result of the install was beautiful and great!!! They were very quick, clean and respectful crew. Love my new Granite counter top. Lucy also helped me with getting a back splash installed. The installer did a great job and he was very professional.
I have been working with Elegant for about 10 years! I am a Designer and my husband is a contractor, we have worked with many stone contractors over the years and these guys are our favorite. Their fabricators are so good and take pride in the work that they do and the product that they deliver. They do both residential and commercial projects. They are a local family owned business that will give you the attention you need and A+ customer service! They are the best!
I searched a lot of places to find a matching slab for more countertop space and Elegant happened to have what I was looking for. Their staff was friendly and professional. Not to mention fast. A week for manufacturing and about 15 minutes for installation.
