Ordered a pumpkin latte this morning through the drive through, the cup was half empty. Paid for a large, got filled with a small.
Food order was taken. Drink was ready when I reached the end of counter. My food order was either given to someone in the drive thru or dropped. I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food order. Over a dozen orders were completed before I received mine. This after asking a couple attendants about my order. Food was good. Just not real happy with the service
Ordered on their mobile app a Beyond Sausage sandwich with an iced drink. They didn’t know I had a sandwich, a common problem they have. The girl was really nice and went back to get it, but unfortunately as she didn’t hear me correctly, and gave me the regular sausage sandwich. I am vegan so I was unable to eat it, and didn’t have time to go back through the line as it was my lunch break.nnOne man was not wearing a mask at all. Totally unacceptable during a pandemic.
It was not good at all. Got my 2 donut order wrong then when I went back in the donuts I got were dry I thought. Not nearly as good as they use to be Krispy creme is wonderful and better.
Love this place! Always good coffee and never a long wait in the drive thru!
