Loce the price
Didn't even have a storage unit for a day and they're takin over a week to refund me my money. Let alone they say they can only give me half. They dont have anything written on their paperwork about their refund policy. Now they're telling me I can drive to Lockport to get half of my money back since they didn't Mail it out Monday like they said they would. I asked for the number out there and they would give it to me was told they'll have someone call me. Its an absolute circus over a refund which is ridiculous I work in sales and it's obsurd the way they handle things here!
Even when there was security problems with my card they were polite and always gave me a generous chance to correct it.
