If I could give this business 100 stars I would!!nMy fiancé and I had gotten vinyl flooring from RFW for our kitchen and bathroom and we absolutely love it! The owners were extremely accommodating and helped us with any questions we had! I highly recommend!
Tried to make an appointment. Felt like I was inconviencing someone so decided I’d just go elsewhere. I’m all for appointments during this covid time but it doesn’t give you good vibes when you feel like you are begging for an appointment. Went elsewhere.
We had them carpet our entire upstairs and we are extremely pleased with the result. Bill was great to work with and the installers were very professional. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them on future projects.
Called to have hardwood floors removed and installed in my kitchen. I was told someone would call me back to set up an estimate. Days later I called again as no one had called me and was told They weren’t interest in doing it. Umm isn’t that what there business does? Apparently this company does not need any business. I asked if they could advise me of another company who could do it, his response, anyone in WNY.
