Easy to get lost in here, possibly nap on a bed spread. I followed one of their employees into the Beyond section, and left with things that have changed my life. Have since gone back in search of the employee, to which no one remembered him ever working there, and there's no longer a Beyond section. Will investigate further.
This store just has it all. Something you'd need for every room in your home. I forget all the new and innovative products they carry, I haven't been to the store in quite some time. I was looking for a specific brand of coffee, in a specific flavor. BB and B is one of only three stores in the area that carries it. None were on the shelf so I thought they had run out of inventory, since they were on sale. The staff though came to my rescue and went out of their way to find what I what I was looking for. Great store. Great staff. I'll be back to browse and purchase some of those cool new items they have.
The store is nice, though the aisles are a bit narrow. Employees are pleasant and helpful. A little difficult to maneuver around the store due to the narrow aisles. It's the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5
I was having trouble with the BBB website, but the very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable associates at the McKinley BBB, especially Dominic, on the phone & in person, made making a return easy.
I find it to be the new best store for anything you need for your home. And 5 stars for the Beyond part of it :)
