This family run business is professional and efficient. My carpet was damaged by a contractor removing an old refrigerator. Personal Touch gave me a free estimate for cleaning that carpet the same day. They arrived promptly on the date and time we scheduled. Joe and Joe were personable, respectful, efficient, and professional. They were in my home for less than an hour and left me with beautiful new looking carpet. I highly recommend this business!

We chose this company based on Google reviews and proximity. We got free estimates. They even checked the moisture level of the subfloor during the estimate. The father and son team did an excellent job replacing our carpet. Our new hardwood floor looks amazing! They came when they said they would and finished the job much earlier than expected. They were professional and honest. Free carpet removal! We were very satisfied with their work!

Personal Touch Flooring is a family owned business that has been in business for many years. The work is done by the owner Joe and members of his family. I had new wood floors installed recently by Personal Touch in my home. The end result was excellent. Joe and his team did a superb job in helping us choose the right wood floor. The price was extremely reasonable.The installation went very smooth and was professionally done. Joe and his team work very efficiently and are very courteous, clean and mindful when working in the home. Joe also went out of his way to adjust all of the closet doors in our home during the floor installation. The end result is beautiful new wood floors throughout our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Personal Touch Flooring to anyone interested in having new floors installed in their home. If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars I would.

Personal Touch Flooring (Joe and his son, Joe Jr.) is truly the best! I highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else. It took me 2 years to find a quality floor that I liked and a company and/or installer who truly exemplified what I was looking for. I was looking for integrity, knowledge, honesty, skill, and passion. Joe met all these qualities. He is super personal, so knowledgable, and an expert in his field. He is a true professional and does quality work. The installation was seamless and fast! It's a family owned business and that 'feeling of family' shifted into our home while they worked. They answered any questions I had during the project. They were super clean too. Don't go anywhere else....go with Personal Touch Flooring!!
