I have two Brother sewing machines and I have taken both of them in for servicing. Not only was I charged a fair price for the maintenance, but I learned more in one hour (just in picking up the machines after they were fixed), than I have in the three years that I have owned them. Manuals are great, but there is nothing like one on one time which helped me understand more about the servicing, tools, thread to use, bobbins, correct scissors, design placement and general knowledge my machines require. I left there with more information than I can say. I rate them five stars every day of the week!
