Reserved a 15 foot truck for 10am. Showed up at 945 and was told that the 15 foot truck I reserved was not available since the previous guy hasent returned it. They then offer me a 20 foot for the inconvenience, but I would have to pay full price for what I dident ask for. Never again will I go back there
Good price on propane.. Also easy rentals for moving trucks too
Won’t accept temporary license from DMV (because of Covid.) Go to Baldwinsville! They are awesome, not weird and friendly!
Gets the job done, staff are a little on the odd side and give you a weird vibe but all in all, the place gets the job done!
Called the auburn location to just get a price. Got talked to like I was an inconvenience told I had to give my name and number before I could be told any prices then she puts me on hold and hangs up on my 5 minutes later.... Called the Baldwinsville location back instead and got prices with no hassle or hold and was told them faster than it took to get past Auburns automated line. Why?
