The Management and Staff are always helpful and make you feel that your time is valued while also helping answer all questions. Multiple products purchased here and will always do say based on how great I and my family members have been treated.
The staff is very knowledgeable and promptly offers to assist and answer any questions. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is because their selection and inventory is limited. However, they are able to order anything offered on their website and able to be delivered to the store for free and usually within 2 days.
Awful customer service. Woman at checkout had an attitude problem. Never smiled or made eye contact.nPeople at photo printing center don’t know how to edit their photos; I went in to get professional pictures printed for my business. They came out awful. The woman didn’t show me them before I paid.... probably to hide the horrid quality. I also asked for glossy picture paper 5 x7, I got hard stock and definitely not 5 x 7. Horribly overpriced for the quality I was duped into paying for.
After searching online at multiple places for business cards and finding what I thought was a good deal until shipping was as much as the price of the cards. I finally visited Staples and was more than satisfied with my purchase. The sales associate, Tony helped me design exactly what I wanted and a great price.
