Hey drivers I am sure you understand me if you come here prepare everything they keep you in while like I was here for two days to unload my truck and I am still here you guys take food with if you have load for this guys they were slow and they don't care about I talk to manager told me may be you will wait for two days to unload your truck please keep away from guys
Not a enough room for a sleeper truck to back into a dock
I share other reviewer's experiences. The customer service representatives lied to me several times. We scheduled an appointment for delivery three times, insisting they make the delivery, as someone would be available to receive it, regardless if we answered the phone or not. We work outside and don't have cellular service. We can not sit by the phone all day! The driver lied and claimed they attempted to deliver but we were not there. We waited three separate days, all day with someone near or literally on the driveway. The driver called, contrary to our wishes, and claimed we were not home since we didn't answer the phone. We even changed our voicemail insisting they make the delivery, but they just left a message saying that we needed to reschedule, again! We appreciate the retailer giving us free shipping, but we would rather pay for good service.
Could use a massive overhaul.
