goood customer service and quality of work
Wonderful visit to Builders Kitchen. Jackie was extremely helpful and efficient. The layout of cabinet setups were seperate finished rooms containing differing styles of cabinets. Each area also houses drawer front models, door models or knobs. Still waiting for quote. Will be in next business day.
Products are very high quality however, staff is not detail oriented, hard to get a hold off and forgetful. At install, the counter top damaged the cabinet and the answer was to put a skin over the damage rather than replace the damaged product.nnHighly recommend, seeing if another store offers better support first to prevent issues later on.
