We visited the Albany location a few times to look for outdoor furniture and a fire pit table. The staff has always been helpful. When we were there in March we started to work with Craig. He was excellent! He took the time to work with us, show us different options and he even set up a fire pit table so we can see how it worked and what the fire would look like. He answered all our emails the same day. He has been a pleasure to work with and we’re looking forward to getting everything this summer.
Grace and I are over the moon happy with the work Best Fire provided at our home. Keith and the rest of the installers were true professionals. All aspects of the job were completed as expected and for the price as quoted. The stone work came out splendid. The Gas Fireplace insert works like a charm but the pellet stove is the most impressive. Because of the technology that Harmon provides our pellet consumption is way down. In addition our home is now warmer than ever and with far less maintenance. Could not be happier. All around great experience.nnGood work Best Fire Team!
Zero stars!! Unwelcoming and unwilling to help answer questions to verify what was looked up on Google that was needed for more direction by a local professional and by a customer willing to make a purchase at the time. Will never consider stepping foot in the store again or refer anyone to them. Second experience in a year or two and had the same horrible experience with staff, who can't even say hi and be welcoming or polite during discussion. Seemingly, able to judge. Also, they did not wear masks as they have the signs posted that they are required-not a single visible person of staff had one on...if they require masks worn by customers then have respect and wear them within the store too!!
I had Best Fire service my existing gas fireplace in March of 2020, as the pilot was lit but the unit was not igniting. They replaced the pilot assembly and cleaned the unit for $275. I was satisfied with the service at the time. My unit is now doing the same thing, not igniting. Their response was that they can't make it out to service our unit until mid-January, and that they would have to charge me a service fee. I am also in the process of refacing or potentially installing a new fireplace, and based on this response will not be working with Best Fire. I expected better support for an existing customer, especially given my unit was repaired only 9 months ago.
We had a great experience with our fireplace install. We had a very explicited very detailed bill, which we didn't get with a local dealer. We had a appointment with our local company and they had us meet with and installer that couldn't answer any of our questions (thanks for nothing).nCraig called us often to make sure of our progress on our end of refacing our fireplace. Good people to do business with and go out of their way to work out any and all problems. Great prices, everyone there treated us very friendly and had answers for every question we had. Well worth going to, give them an A+ for all their helpfulness and making everything easy going.
