There are two women working in the facility, one lighter and the other darker. The first time I came here, I came with my girlfriend for a couple's massage and facial. The service was pretty average. I would say that I appreciated the extractions because I have some congestion in my T-zone that she completely cleared up. HOWEVER, my last visit here was awful. The force that the lighter skin lady applied on my face was ridiculous. I know that extractions come with a pinch, and I'm a dude that can take some pain. But this one was different. Not only did she apply a lot of force, but she was DRAGGING it as she applied force. I went there for here to clear up the congestion in the T-zone of my face........ that next day I woke up with dark circles and congestions in my T-zone. Please do your face a favor proceed with caution when dealing with this place. If I wanted to get these dark circles on my face, I would have done the extractions myself

Body massage was pretty good when proper pressure was applied. Foot massage was the total opposite and could have been better. Nothing about it was accupressure or reflexology.

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAVE. SHE DID A BAD JOB ON MY FACE. SHE WAS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE TWISTING MY HEAD REALLY HARD INSTEAD OF TELLING ME TO TURN MY HEAD. I EVEN TOLD HER THAT IT HURTS BUT INSTEAD OF DOING IT A LITTLE GENTLE, SHE JUST SAID YOUR JUST SENSITIVE. NOT UNTIL I GOT HOME THAT REALIZED SHE ACTUALLY CUT MY FACE WITH MULTIPLE CUTS. AND AS I WAS LEAVING THINKING IN MY HEAD THAT I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN SHE SCREAMED AT ME THAT I HAD TO TIP HER AS IF IT WAS MANDATORY. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

This was the worst microdermabrasion I’ve ever had. She rushed the entire process and was so aggressive with me. All the reviews I see seem to have the same experience, she literally screamed at me to tip her like I absolutely had to and not only did she not deserve a tip but I think this place needs to be closed down for the horrible service.
