Align Wellness Studio

We have been clients of Align since it opened and can’t recommend it enough for the variety and quality of its classes and instructors. Their professionalism and confidence-inspiring attitude make the studio a welcome haven. The ability to keep receiving their top-flight instruction online during the pandemic has been essential for our physical and mental wellbeing. We can’t wait to get back to our regular routine at this wonderful studio.

Align Wellness Studio is a well run, clean studio that provides physical 'fitness' classes to enhance flexibility and build core strength. People of all ages participate in group and private sessions for Pilates and other strengthening routines. During the pandemic, they have offered 'on demand' classes filmed by a variety of instructors which worked very well for me when home- bound. The alternative was to stream live into an instructor. My schedule was erratic from day to day so the on demand alternative was perfect. I look forward to getting back to sessions at the studio and rate this facility five stars!

Thanks to the amazing, super-talented staff at Align Wellness Studio, I have been able to stay fit during Covid. The online pilates and barre classes have been essential not only to my physical health, but also to my spirit. Kudos to Align Wellness, for all that you do; you are THE BEST!

Immaculate studio with a wide variety of offerings and a friendly community. Teaching is detailed and challenging. The private sauna is an added bonus.

THE place to go for Pre and Post Natal. Mindy is so knowledgeable and helpful with all the issues of pregnancy, childbirth, and especially how to strengthen your body afterward. Love this place.
