Yuriy is a man that cares to make money today and doesn’t care about creating a relationship with a client. I ordered 3 pallets worth of product from New York and he broke down the pallet without my permission and loaded it on 2 pallets and still decided to charge me for 3. I was willing to pay for 2 overloaded pallets but he still insisted on me paying for 3. It takes a lifetime to build a reputation my man, and just 1 second to ruin it. You showed your true colors.
